I was really upset when I read all of the glowing testimonials other people had written. Nick has always made me feel like I was his only customer. What I want to know is how he does it? There can only be so much genius to go round and I’m sure I’m getting 100% of it!
If I wasn’t so greedy I would heartily recommend Nick’s fixit skills to anyone, but as I have several Macs and need them all in tip top condition all the time I’m going to tell you all to go get your own mac expert!

A business guru once said "if you want to succeed just increase your customer service effort by 100%". I don't know if Nick has read that but he certainly embodies it. I had a problem with my iMac that turned out to be very tricky to deal with. Nick persevered above and beyond the call of duty, using all the current tools at his disposal and delivered a perfect machine - in better condition than when I bought it! On top of that, while delivering it back to my office and personally ensuring all the peripherals and updates were working, he also sorted out a router problem that had prevented our wi-fi from operating. He did all this without patronizing me or trying to impress me with techno babble, and all the while maintaining a cheerful and positive outlook. And his rates are the most competitive around! I had a very slow PC and had just been donated another and a laptop from my ex workplace so I needed help in sorting these out. After initially laughing at my icon covered screen (uses plenty of memory and time consuming at start up I learnt) Nick sat with me over a number of sessions to help sort things out. Nicholas is brilliant at helping you with your all your computer problems. When you call him he answers immediate and comes to your help. I have a dinosaur PC and he always gets it working to a high standard. He is very patient when he is teaching you something new. Not like most men.
I have recommended Nicholas to many friends and all of them are extremely happy. He is big fan of Macs but he still helps me out with my Windows computers. If he can't fix your problem he will not charge you. He is a very nice guy and I would recommend his services to anyone.

A friend suggested that I consult Nick Bradley when I discussed with her the slow speed and other problems that I was having with my computer. When I did so he responded almost immediately and the same day was with me and began sorting things out. Within a short space of time he had cleaned up a great deal of junk, downloaded a couple of free pieces of software to overcome future problems, advised me on measures that I could take in future and left me notes to remind me. Throughout he was a pleasure to deal with and very good at explaining matters to an elderly, semi computer-literate, user. Nicholas Bradley helped my family sort out a number of problems on our Apple Mac and Windows XP desktop computers and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He responded extremely promptly and very efficiently, and made every effort to fit into our timetable. He came to us over a weekend, worked quietly and diligently when at our house, but also - because of a particular technical problem that required him taking a machine back to his office - collected and re-delivered hardware at times to suit us. Not only were the specific problems on the computers fixed but other improvements were made, and all at a very reasonable cost.
I obviously hope not to have IT problems in the future, but if I do Nick will be the first person I call.

My XP desktop computer was running extremely slowly and was having intermittent problems with connecting to the Internet. I called Nicholas Bradley and asked for his help; he came round to my home within 15 minutes and solved all my problems in a timely manner. He was friendly, professional and courteous. He explained the underlying problems in a way that was understandable to me (a non-computer literate). His charge was very reasonable and the computer remains trouble-free.
